We assist clients with increasing their motivation, identifying and creating a plan to reach their goals, and help them remove barriers to their recovery. Although our recovery coaches are highly vetted and undergo additional training in the realm of mindfulness, we cannot guarantee the outcome of our services.

Note that our “hourly sessions” are 50 minutes in duration to allow our coaches some time to reset between clients. We encourage appointments to be made a few days in advance, but you may request an appointment the same day up to 4 hours before the start of the appointment.  Cancellations of appointments must be made prior to 24 hours of the start of service.

Never disregard the clinical, behavioral, medical, other advice of your physician, counselor, therapists, mental, behavioral or health-care professional, or delay in seeking such advice, because of something you read on our sites or guidance you receive from our recovery coaches. If you think you may have a medical emergency, call your physician or 911 immediately.

All purchases are final, non-refundable, and non-transferrable. Cancellations of subscriptions must be made within 30 days of purchase and prior to the second appointment with a recovery coach. The cancellation must be expressed to the recovery coach who will relay the cancellation request to customer service. Customer service will review the cancellation request and if granted, will process a prorated refund within 3 to 5 business days of receiving the cancellation request.
